2. Products and Digital Delivery

All Products sold through the Site are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped to you. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with download links and access instructions
• Instant access to download your purchased digital files
• Instructions for importing the Notion template (if applicable)

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided (PDF, PNG, Notion template links).

3. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Products for your personal use. This means:

• You MAY: Use the Products for your personal Christmas planning. Print copies for your household. Import the Notion template to your personal workspace. Customize templates for your personal social media.
• You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Products with others. Claim the Products as your own creation. Use the Products for commercial purposes (including selling print copies). Upload the Products to file-sharing sites, membership sites, or any platform where they would be accessible to others.

All intellectual property rights in the Products, including designs, layouts, and content, remain the sole property of Christmas Command Center™ and iBitola.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the total amount due.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee ("Silent Night Guarantee"):

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
• We will process a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.

6. Lifetime Access and Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Products you bought. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Product — as long as we continue to offer and support it. We also provide periodic updates and design refreshes at no additional cost. However, we make no guarantee regarding the frequency or scope of future updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products and Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
• The Products meeting your specific requirements or expectations
• Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software versions

We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Site or Products may reference or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Notion, Canva, GoodNotes). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of these third-party platforms. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Products without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Products is revoked.
